Blanket Forts

1. All 3 boys built a blanket fort and giggled and played happily for most of the day.
2. We read about how the Wright brothers built their first airplane in history. 
3. Hershey and I read a book of nursery rhymes and several other books together. 
4. Skittles is ahead in math by a whole week. He did not want to do a lesson today and I just let him off the hook. 
5. Twizzler's spelling words are the day of the week. I showed him how to separate Wednesday into Wed-nes-day. He did and he spelled it right the first try. Now if I could teach him a trick to remember that Thursday and Tuesday both have a 'u' in them.
