Yo, Yo Mike, What day is it????

1. Skittles had a doctor appointment today and got a clean bill of health. 
2. We managed to get all of our school work done despite running around a lot. 
3. Twizzler decided to try and read a level 1 Star Wars book. He did pretty good. 
4. We studied the planets in our solar system and how they move. Then we drew them all out and labeled them. 
5. Vocabulary went surprisingly smooth today. Skittles looked up sachem and wampum. They both looked up plunder. 
6. Twizzler is really doing great with his handwriting book. Today he did letter N. He informed me that it is is a "frog jump letter." He was referring to the Handwriting Without Tears class he goes to at co-op. He had to come up with a word that starts with N, a word that has N in the middle, and a word that has N at the end. He chose nun, his real name, and ten. 
7. I was told that Skittles led his Awana group in prayer tonight and that he did really well. 
8. Twizzler told me the bible verse he learned today, "The Lord Himself goes before you, and will be with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." Deuteronomy 31:8 
9. Hershey learned to unclip the chest clip on his carseat. I am not amused! It looks like I will be calling Graco in the morning and finding out what to do about this!
