HALFWAY THERE!!!!!

This is the beginning of week 16. I try to complete 32 weeks of school each year. That means we are HALFWAY DONE!!!! YAHOO!!!

1. Somehow Skittles is a week ahead in reading. He really loves The Indian in the Cupboard. He will be done reading it tomorrow. Then we will watch the movie. 
2. We were a week behind in science but today we got 3 days worth done. They had a lot of fun comparing living and non-living plants. They made leaf rubbings and labeled the parts. Even Hershey joined in the fun. 
3. We practiced for an upcoming spelling bee. Both boys did pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised.
